The principals and staff have significant experience providing design services for facilities with critical and special environmental requirements, as well as building renovations with requirements for careful coordination of phased project execution.  Projects include both design/build and design/bid for manufacturing and warehouses, teaching and research laboratories, clean room and general office buildings.

Our design process considers details that affect installation phasing and quality, long-term cost of ownership, and system operation and maintenance.  Our experience working closely with contractors on design/build teams, in addition to providing construction management, commissioning and validation services for clients, ensures that systems perform according to client requirements.
