| Located in the Virginia Biotechnology Research Park, this 349,000 S.F. building is a state of the art facility for the Consolidated Laboratory Services. Design work included mechanical systems, and building and laboratory control systems. The chilled water plant has 2 – 1,100 Ton chillers, with two roof top cooling towers. The system design included a partial load performance analysis to determine chiller and tower operational parameters and limitations.
